Terms of Use
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of fgrelations.com, including the AI brief tool and client portal, operated by FG Relations (FG Relations, Avenida de los Américas, Murcia, Spain · info@fgrelations.com · +44 203 773 0547). By using the site you accept them.
1. No investment advice
FG Relations provides investor relations and communications services. Nothing on this site, in the AI brief tool or in materials we publish about clients is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Information about client companies is provided for general information; do your own research and consult a licensed adviser before investing. Where we are compensated by a company we write about, we say so.
2. AI brief tool
The AI brief is generated automatically from what you enter. It may be incomplete or inaccurate, is not a proposal or commitment by us, and must not be relied on for decisions. Do not enter confidential, inside or personal information about others.
3. Client portal
- Accounts are personal, require our approval, and may be suspended or closed by us at any time.
- Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.
- Upload only files you are entitled to share, free of malware and unlawful content.
- Documents we share are confidential to you and may not be passed on without our consent.
- Specific engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, or submit false, abusive or unlawful content.
5. Intellectual property
The site content, FG Relations name and logo belong to FG Relations or its licensors. Client names and marks belong to their owners. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business use only.
6. Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on site content or the AI brief. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Third-party links
Links to other websites, including client sites, are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
8. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws and courts of the country where you live.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version.
