Questions, answered

Frequently asked questions.

The things prospective clients most often ask before working with us. If your question isn't here, ask us directly — we respond within two business days.

What does FG Relations do?

We are a European investor relations advisory. We help European and American companies shape their equity story, target the right institutional investors, plan and run roadshows and capital markets days, and keep their financial communications consistent on both sides of the Atlantic.

Which markets do you cover?

Both continents. For American companies, we open doors to European institutional investors across the UK, DACH, Nordics and France, and advise on European exchange readiness — Euronext, SIX, London and Frankfurt. For European companies, we reach US institutional investors, bring disclosure and reporting practices into line with SEC expectations, and prepare NYSE and Nasdaq positioning.

How does an engagement begin?

With a conversation. Send an inquiry through the website, email info@fgrelations.com or call +44 203 773 0547. We respond within two business days with an honest read on how we can help, and a first discovery conversation maps your current investor base and the gap between your story and your valuation.

How are engagements structured?

Engagements are typically structured as ongoing retained mandates, agreed in writing before work begins — so counsel is available across the reporting cycle, not just around single events. The scope is set with you during positioning: some clients need full-spectrum investor relations, others start with a single roadshow or a US-listing readiness programme.

How do you handle confidential information?

Confidentiality is the default. Engagements can be covered by a mutual non-disclosure agreement before discussions begin. Portal clients work within a secure, individually isolated document environment, and material non-public information is handled under EU and UK market abuse rules and US securities law — clients must not trade on it, and neither will we.

Who will we actually work with?

Senior counsel, no layers. The people who scope your engagement are the people who run it — you are in front of investors, not a deck in your place.

What is the AI brief on your website?

It is a free tool that produces an instant, tailored engagement brief from a short description of your company and your investor relations goals — the situation, objectives to target in Europe and the US, a proposed scope and a 90-day plan. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a substitute for one.

How do portal clients receive documents?

Clients each get their own login and a private portal: documents we share are downloadable, and clients can upload their own. Every client's files are isolated from every other client's, and you are notified by email when a new document is shared with you.
